Without a plan or goals, how Can success be measured?
Strategy has always been a part of my life outside of marketing alone. With my background in design, it was engrained in me to always start with a plan through an iterative process of sketching until my original ideas became more refined.
Once I transitioned into my roles as a digital marketer, project manager, and senior consultant, this iterative process of developing a strategy to tackle problems has endured. What I have learned through my varied experiences is that thoughtful execution will either result in success or learning opportunities, but without a strategy or designated outcomes, it is harder to recognize these accomplishments.
